On June 12, 2024, Alfa Romeo, Stellantis (China) Design Center and the China Academy of Art held the "Alfa Romeo 2030-2040 Concept Design" award at the Alfa Romeo Global Brand Image Store on the West Bund of Shanghai. ceremony. In October 2023, Alfa Romeo, Stellantis (China) Design Center, and the China Academy of Art jointly launched the "Alfa Romeo 2030-2040 Concept Design" project, aiming to encourage young designers to learn from the Alfa Romeo brand From a cultural perspective, based on the new family design language interpreted by the new Tonali model, they present their vision of the brand through their respective conceptual designs, including but not limited to the interpretation of car exteriors, interiors and accessories. Looking forward to the future, we will pass on the unique aesthetics of Alfa Romeo to more young people and jointly explore the infinite possibilities of design and innovation. The cooperation between the two parties not only provides students with a platform to showcase their talents, but also brings new inspiration and vitality to Alfa Romeo.

Tang Yun, head of Stellantis China and Asia Pacific Design Center, Zhang Jun, general manager of Alfa Romeo China, Professor James Hope, dean of the Transportation Design Institute of the China Academy of Art, Smart Mobility of the School of Industrial Design of the China Academy of Art Mr. Xu Wangni, deputy director of the institute,and students from the China Academy of Art attended. In the end, three students, Zou Hanyu, Li Weizhao, and Hong Hanxi, won the Best Popularity Award based on online voting, while the Best Work Award was won by three students, Zhang Hengyuan, Liu Yongcheng, and Liu Boxun. The physical model of the Best Work Award was also unveiled at the scene.
