On September 9, Shenzhen officially announced that Shenzhen has built a total of 550 supercharging stations, 145 V2G (Vehicle to Network Interaction) stations, and 374,000 charging facilities. Shenzhen has also become the first city in the country to achieve "double supercharging" in which the number of overcharging stations and charging guns exceeds the number of gas stations and refueling guns. The number of overcharging stations is twice the number of gas stations, basically achieving a "one-kilometer overcharging travel circle" .

In addition to accelerating the layout of overcharging stations, Shenzhen is also accelerating the construction of a "supercharging city" through technological innovation, industrial layout, and improving standards. It has taken the lead in formulating 7 local standards related to overcharging and promoting them. The visual identity of overcharging was implemented, and the slogan "a cup of coffee, fully charged to start" was introduced into the streets.

In addition, the Shenzhen Super Charging Station has been connected to China's first "power charging, storage and distribution network" and can provide users with green travel public services through the "Super Fast Charging" area set up in the "i Shenzhen" APP.

Behind the construction of the "Supercharging City" is a mature industrial ecology. According to statistics, the total national market share of Shenzhen’s complete charging pile equipment exceeds 50%, and the total national market share of charging modules, which are the core components of charging piles, exceeds 70%.
