At the 2022 Guangzhou Auto Show, the BAIC BJ60 luxury version model was officially unveiled. In appearance, the new car adopts the classic design language of its brand models. There is a family-style air intake grille (three-hole design) on the front of the car, and it is also decorated with chrome plating, which enriches its youthful visual experience. On both sides of the front of the car, there are also headlights composed of LED light sources, which bring more conspicuous recognition at night.
As for the rear styling, the new car is equipped with an original external spare tire, and the exterior is also enhanced with chrome lines, giving it a more powerful visual effect.
On the body, the new car is enhanced by a through-belt line, which enriches the car's visual experience and improves its sense of luxury. In terms of details, the new car is also equipped with newly designed aluminum alloy wheels on both sides of the body, which looks very dynamic.
In terms of interior, the new car also adopts more luxurious design elements. The application of dual LCD display instruments enriches the convenience of use, and the sense of technology has been upgraded.
The quilting of the seat is a new paneled long line design, reflecting a soft aesthetic. The door panels and center armrest have leather overlays and gold printed patterns. The design is inspired by the rolling mountain peaks and the soft lines of the Chinese fan.
Compared with the regular version of the BJ60, the chassis of the new car is lowered by 10mm, which improves the comfort, stability and control quality of road driving. In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a mild hybrid system composed of a 2.0T engine + 48V motor, with a maximum power of 196kW and a maximum torque of 406N·m. The transmission system will be matched with an 8-speed automatic manual gearbox and equipped with a part-time four-wheel drive system.
