HTWO now encompasses the Group’s businesses and affiliated companies, enabling every stage of the entire clean hydrogen value chain, from production and storage to transportation and utilization. HTWO stands for "Hydrogen" and "Humanity", the two pillars of the modern fuel cell business.
The HTWO business leverages the Group's extensive capabilities in various sectors including automotive, components, steel, construction, air traffic, marine, robotics and future technologies. The model focuses on four core areas of the energy value chain: production, storage, transportation and utilization. The group's affiliated companies are positioned along the entire value chain, forming a hydrogen grid that can develop tailor-made end-to-end hydrogen solutions. Through the HTWO brand, Hyundai Motor Group expects to produce 3 million tons of hydrogen per year by 2035 to power businesses such as clean logistics, green steel production and power generation.
