May 21, GAC Trumpchi E9 will be launched today. The new car is positioned as a flagship MPV, equipped with a 2.0TM hybrid dedicated engine, P1+P3 dual motor 2-speed DHT, GAC magazine battery and other core technologies. The previously announced pre-sale range is 330,000 yuan to 390,000 yuan.
In terms of styling, a wing-type light group design is added to both sides of the E9 headlight shape. This new energy design language echoes its "Swan Embrace" cockpit design both internally and externally. On top of the banner-type air intake grille, a through-type light group design is also used. The "Z"-shaped and capable lines of lightning and shadow on the side outline the sharpness and momentum of the body shape. The rear of the car will also be equipped with through-type taillights to echo the front of the car.
In terms of interior, E9 has an opera palace and Yunshan pearl water interior, semi-aniline fabrics, windless air conditioning, ceiling TV, rear window airbag and a series of top luxury cabin technologies.
In terms of power, the E9 is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system including a 2.0TM hybrid-specific engine, and will also adopt a 2AT parallel-axis series-parallel hybrid mode. The vehicle's fuel consumption is 6.05L/100km under WLTC operating conditions. Its WLTC operating condition pure electric cruising range exceeds 100km, and its comprehensive cruising range exceeds 1,000km. In addition, the vehicle will also be equipped with GAC magazine batteries.
